1. EIZ Isothermal Compressor

    RIK Isothermal Compressor adopts axial suction to reduce flow loss. RIK rotor is made up of five stages with three-dimensional impeller. Two sets of air cooler bundles are set up after each stage of the former three-stage impellers with the features of short air flowing space, small pressure loss and enough cooling. Therefore, it is characterized by high efficiency (isothermal efficiency 76%), low energy consumption, small area, reliable operation, low noise and easy to dismantle & maintain, etc.

Isothermal Compressor has two types of single shaft & multi-shaft and its four typical structures are as follows:

    1) Two-shaft four-stage isothermal assembling centrifugal compressor (type H )

    2) Three-shaft six-stage isothermal assembling centrifugal compressor

    3) Single shaft multi-stage inner cooling isothermal compressor (RIK)

    4) Axial + centrifugal combined isothermal compressor (ARI)

Shaangu has made RIK Isothermal Compressors for Liuzhou Chemical Industry Company, Weihe Fertilizer Company, Lianfeng, and Tangshan Steel & Iron Co Ltd, etc.

2. “Three-in-one” Machinery Train

“Three-in-one” is developed by Shaangu for flue gas energy recovery of the engineering process of pyrolytic engineering processes. The Three Machine Train usually integrates a motor, a centrifugal or an axial compressor , energy recovery turbine and other auxiliaries.

The first Three Machine Train manufactured by Shaangu was designed for Yongchang Chemical Company in He’nan province and started operation in March 2004. The operation satisfied all the required performance indexes with high efficiency stably and safely. Three machine Train had been supplied to provinces such as Shandong Province, Shanxi and He’nan etc.

3. “Four-in-one” Machine Train

“Four-in-one” machine train is developed by Shaangu mainly for energy recovering the tail of nitric acid making process. The process is connected by the train, which is a core device, and the energy recovered shall be supplied to the system directly, thus the main power consumption for nitric acid production is completely fulfilled by the system itself.

In 1998, the first set of four-in-one train was made for Yunfeng Chemical Industry Company in Yunnan and started operation successfully in 1999. Now it has been widely applied by many domestic users.
