With tremendous input in technology introduction and innovation, we are now in the leading position of many fields in the blower industry of China, such as axial compressor designing and engineering, TRT designing and engineering, etc.

1、State-class Technical Center

A state-class technical center had been established in 1993 in our company with approval and support of the National Economy Trade Committee, etc., for new techniques and products research and development, as well as to make tests for various turbo equipments. It also functions as a state doctorial working center.

2、Best Turbo-machinery test center in China

We have the biggest turbo-machinery test center which covers building area of more than 2600 square meters and is well provided with various advanced intelligent instruments and multi-functional automatic devices for data collection, monitoring, handling, analyzing, controlling and printing. It owns 4 test stands with auxiliary facilities of air, oil, water, electricity and pipelines.

The biggest configuration of test stand is three-casing and four-section and is used for test of thermodynamic performance, machinery property, dynamic performance, etc. with maximum ability of 50 tons, 20000 rpm and 6300kW.

3、Know-how Introduction

• Axial compressor

In 1979，the Know-how of design and manufacture of large axial compressors (A and AV type) , including production license, technical specifications, standards and patents relevant to design, manufacturing, test and inspection etc., had been introduced from Sulzer of Switzerland（now belongs to Man-turbo）. Now, we have totally designed and manufactured more than 500 sets for our domestic and overseas customers.

• Dry type TRT

In1992, we introduced dry type TRT know how including relevant design, manufacturing, inspection and specifications, etc from Kawasaki of Japan which can improve recovery efficiency by 35-50% than traditional wet type. With technical introduction and combination, we also developed wet/dry type TRT according to market requirement. Now, our product now engages more than 80% of the TRT market of China.

•  Centrifugal compressor basic stage and designing

We introduced basic stage and design software of centrifugal compressor from St Petersburg Technology University, Russia to supplement basic stage series to realize requirements on serialized design of centrifugal compressor. Based on above, we perfected the design software under cooperation with Science Institute of China and designed 3D centrifugal blowers/compressors under cooperation with Xi’an Jiaotong University. Furthermore, we developed large capacity 3D series model stages with Beijing Science Technology, Energy and Power Development Center and developed the design of Nitric Acid Tail Gas Turbine Expander with Shanghai Engineering Technology University successfully.
